Ibrahimovic open to Premier League move as Chelsea and Manchester City close in

The PSG striker could be heading to England.
Want-away Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be on his way to the Premier League as Chelsea and Manchester City prepare stunning bids for the Swede, according to the Daily Star.
The imminent arrival of Napoli’s Edison Cavani at PSG has put Ibrahimovic’s nose out and it’s thought that the club aren’t prepared to have two big egos up-front.
Therefore the Sweden international would be the one to go, but with a prolific goal-scoring record at some of Europe’s top clubs, the 31-year-old is hardly going to be short of a new employer.
In a surprise switch that would please many football fans in England, the towering front-man is considering plying his trade in the Premier League for the first time in the former Barcelona man’s career.
Ibrahimovic has played the majority of his football in Italy – for AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus – but has also starred for Barca and Ajax and now wants to transfer that form to the English top flight.
Despite only having been at PSG for a year, the Swedish forward is unhappy at the Parc de Princes and has fallen out with new manager Laurent Blanc over the Cavani affair.
With both City and the Blues on the hunt for new strikers, it would seem an opportunity to sign Ibrahimovic would prove too tempting to pass up.
The Citizens need strengthening up top having sold Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli in the last six months and currently only having two first team attackers.
Returning Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho would also welcome the PSG star, but it’s likely either Fernando Torres or Demba Ba would have to be sold to make way, as youngster Romelu Lukaku has been promised a run in the team this season by the 50-year-old.
