Chelsea 's players number

I feel they are just numbers as Aaliyah says 

"Age ain`t notin but a number."

But some players have an attachment to particular numbers and fans expect so much from a player wearing what number (e.g Benayoun with 10). 

Lukaku (wore 14 and 36 at Anderlecht) - now to wear18 (previous owners Zhirkov, Bridge, Quaresma, Ambrosetti, Newton). 

Ba (wore 19 at Newcastle) - given 19 (worn by Flo, Ferreira). 

McEachran -given 20 (worn by Ferreira albeit briefly), Veron, Morris). 

Schurrle - has 14 (last given to Pizarro, Geremi, Saux).

De Bruyne (wore 14 during USA tour) - will wear 15. (previous owners Drogba, Malouda). 

Van Ginkel - to wear 16 (also used by Di Matteo, Robben, Meireles). 

Others - Essien 5, Kalas 33, Chalobah 37, Feruz 54. What do you think?
